This is a large studio flat in Grassmarket, the heart of Edinburgh, famous for its night life! The flat is next to the bottom of the Castle and has a direct view of it from the kitchen. It is situated inside a residential development and as you are right in the town center, you have everything at your door step!

Payment Methods
Paypal (only method) - Once you press the 'Pay Now' button, you will be re-directed to the Paypal site for you to either log into your account to pay or by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account.
Cancellation Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full prior to your stay. Due to large amount of advance bookings for accomodation in this city, full refund will only be provided for any cancellation made 14 days prior to the date of your check-in. After this time period, only half of your payment will be refunded if any cancellation is made 36 hours prior to the date of your check-in. No refund will be made for any cancellation made within 36 hours of the date of your check-in, and thereafter. A cancellation fee of 5 pounds will apply to all of the above cases.
Check-in/out
Check-in - Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation phone call and an email containing details of your stay. This property will provide self-check-in, where you will make your own way to the property at anytime it suits you on the date of your stay. The keys to the property will be stored in a 'key safe' on the door of the property. The code to the safe will be supplied to you in your confirmation email. Check-out - You must check-out by 5pm on the date of departure. Please drop the keys back into the property through the post slot in the door. Please ensure all heaters and cookers are off before departures.
Damage Deposit Refund
The property will be cleaned and re-made after your departure, on the same day. Once the property has been checked for damages, you will be sent an email immediately to confirm the refund of your deposit (and amount if not full and explanation of any deduction made). Deposit will be refunded to you by Paypal.
